Lego isn’t just for the kids, we used LEGO Serious Play for the whole team to work on our future ambitions for Gabbitas. We found lots of common themes and came up with practical plans for the first quarter of 2019 as well as bigger thoughts towards our 150th anniversary in five years’ time.

It was certainly a productive workshop with plenty of dynamic discussions. The room was populated with tiny plastic lego people and animals, although in terms of the future, I’m not sure we’ll see any tigers or dolphins creeping around the office anytime soon.

A great morning that brought everyone together with a common goal.
